I really love this restaurant. It’s definitely worth experiencing. I stayed in this city for 4 days, and my friend and I had meals here. The sashimi was very fresh, rich, and delicious, and the sushi was quite good. You should also try the Vietnamese dishes (as recommended by the staff) — they were quite unique, and the flavors were impeccable. The space is moderate, not too large, and the prices are better than I expected- Service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bonsai Bar - A Hidden Gem!
I don’t know what kind of magic they put into their sushi, but every bite felt like a love letter to my taste buds. The salmon was melt-in-your-mouth fresh, the rolls had the perfect balance of texture and flavor, and the plating? Absolute art. The sauces and garnishes tied it all together like a Michelin-worthy masterpiece. Safe to say, this place is a sushi lover’s paradise—I’ll definitely be “back” soon! 🍣❤️- Essen
